RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns:

Our policy lasts for 30 days for any Life Force Energetic Art  prints, mouse pads journals, and coasters. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete the return, we required a receipt or proof or purchase.

If your purchase is damaged upon receipt,, see the Section, Exchanges.

Online art courses have a refund policy of 14 days from the date of purchase.   If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and provide the following information:  Date of purchase, invoice number, and reason for refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.  

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your approved refund, contact your credit card company, as it make take some time for a refund to be posted.

4. Sale Items:

Only regular priced items can be refunded. If you applied a discount code at the time of purchase, this is considered a SALE item and can not be refunded.

5. Personalized Original Art

All personalized original art is considered “commissioned art”, and is non refundable and can not be exchanged for other products. This includes, personalized portraits, loved one’s portraits, couples portraits, and beloved pet portraits.

Please also provide digital proof of damage for insurance purposes. We will make every effort to do “what is right” to address the damages with you!

6. Intuitive Reading Sessions:

Intuitive reading sessions are non refundable.

7. Exchanges:

WE only replace items that are damaged upon receipt. To exchange a damaged item for the same item, take a picture of the damaged product and email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the picture attached.
